Sat Seeker ISS Tracker App Reviews

I have tried numerous programs to view the space station and this is the best. It isnt a program to see the stars or planets, it is to see the ISS fly across the sky. Notifications can be set to let you know when a pass is happening. Ive seen the ISS fly over hundreds of times and I still get excited each time.

I would give this app 5 stars, I would. But I have a funny suggestion for the developer... - When the notification of a fly by alerts the user it makes a jet noise or fly-by noise. The space station is in space.. So it would not be making that noise! Hahah other than that, awesome app.

Near useless

When the app is opened and the push notification is tapped to set up, it says "push notifications failed to load. Check network connections" Ive tried doing this over cell data and wifi. And yes, my location is on and the app has permissions to use it.

Great app. However it sends non-visible passes notifications even after I Have it set to send only visible passes notifications.

Would like to have a landscape Mode. Interface is sometimes not Self explaining. But over all still good.

Very nice app on the IPad deserves all 5 stars. Runs faster and a lot smoother. Thanks!

The app has some promise but falls way short. Very oversimplified. Once you drop a pin there seems to be no way to pick it up even if it was dropped in error.

This APP works great. I watched the ISS fly by just standing in my back yard! This APP was well thought out. The Watch Pass function is Genius!

Saw the ISS over CA while being nearly at the MS River. Pretty cool app.

Not worth it

The instructions (or lack of) leave a bit to be desired... But once you figure it out it works great! My son and I saw the ISS for the first time over NE Ohio tonight... Pretty cool!

There are a lot of other apps that do a better job in general. I couldnt find a way to turn push notifications off and the setting that allows me to limit push notifications to only visible passes doesnt work. I get notifications several times a day.

Without doubt... This is the most technology packed app for $2 anywhere. Works perfectly... I was able to locate the space station in just a minute. It showed up like magic just where the app said it would be. Well done!!!!

Cool app when it works. The problem is it often wont load passes. The app just says "loading" for hours and after multiple attempts. Pretty frustrating.

Used it last night. Great App Ive 25 years navigating for the worlds greatest Navy(US). Finally something that makes sense using and fun working with. You will have too use some grey matter(brains). But once you double check NORTH dead on pass over track. Again Great App! SharpNavAct.

Annual Camping trip with the guys. Was able to download the app on my iPad. A clear night and we saw the ISS come past two times that night. I asked the designer if it will be visible next year, depending on speed adjustments it looks like we will see it again. Simple to use and makes sitting by a fire late at night more fun.

Been using this app for 5 months now. Ive seen the ISS multiple times and the iOS 7 update looks good.

I feel like a dope for buying this. It shows the current location and path of the ISS. It will show you when there will be visible passes of the ISS over your location. Thats all. It does NONE of the other things it claims it can do. Now Im going to find out if iTunes will give me a refund. Or maybe Ill just leave this wreck of an app on here to remind me of how much of a sucker I was.
